STORY
Ileana launched Treviño Consulting Group (TCG) in 2016. TCG is a boutique firm designed to work with primarily, but not exclusively, non-profits, to strategically assist them in moving to the ‘next level’ - however they define that to be. TCG Team members are professionals with proven expertise in Board governance, fundraising, advocacy, image and brand management, and positioning in the community.

ILEANA TREVIÑO
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER
Ileana started her career in development and fundraising, in Houston, as the Vice Chancellor of University Advancement at the University of Houston, where she directed fundraising, advertising, public relations, and internal and external communications. In 2004, Treviño became the CEO of the Memorial Hermann Foundation and led its fundraising and community relations efforts for 12 years. Over that period of time, the foundation raised $300M. Ileana has extensive knowledge of Houston-area funders, including Foundations and corporations. She has expertise in Board governance, community relations, special events management, managing and executing campaigns, and all elements of the development cycle. To date, she has raised more than $400 million. Ileana enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three children, and their spouses, and two grandchildren. She has two dogs and a cat that have run of the house.

MARI TREVIÑO GLASS
VICE PRESIDENT
Mari began her work in development in 2014 at Fund for Teachers and in May of 2017 received her Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management. She has extensive experience in Board governance, campaign management, fundraising database systems, annual fund and special events fundraising. In addition to fundraising, Mari also loves her three cats - Toulouse, Stella and Jacques - her German Shorthaired Pointer, Cuatro, her husband, Bryan and her adorable son, Benjamin (listed in no particular order).

ALISSA RATCLIFF RUIZ
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Alissa joined TCG as an intern in May of 2017 and moved into a full-time role in August of 2017. Prior to TCG, Alissa interned for a United States Senator where her role included constituent relations and government communications, as well as policy research. Alissa is a graduate of Texas State University where she was awarded membership of two national honor societies, Pi Sigma Alpha and Alpha Kappa Delta, for her degrees in political science and sociology. Alissa has experience in database management, feasibility studies, annual fund campaigns, capital campaigns, events management and special appeals writing. Alissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband Matthew, their Great Pyrenees, Kyzer, and watching true crime documentaries.

J. MICHAEL TREVIÑO
EXECUTIVE ADVISOR
Michael is the Principal of Treviño and Company, a boutique consulting practice that specializes in developing public-private partnerships rooted in outreach, education, engagement, and mobilization, and he is also an Executive Advisor to the Treviño Consulting Group. Michael has more than four decades of professional experience in communications, government affairs, law, public and stakeholder relations. Michael’s skills were honed while working in support of civil and human rights organizations, international and domestic oil and gas interests, and civil society. Michael spent 25 years as a Senior Executive in Oil and Gas at Texaco and Marathon.
