Board Governance

  • Review current Board governance and make recommendations for improved structure of the Board

  • Develop a structure for Board governance, including bylaws, term limits, qualifications, roles and responsibilities, committee structures, and Board composition

  • Develop and implement an onboarding process for new Board members, including expectations, roles and responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and develop an ongoing list of engaged Board members and volunteers to advance the organization

  • Assessment and determination of the need for an advisory council

  • Identify and recruit new Board members (building the Board)

  • Provide oversight for the recruitment of new board members and/or coaching of Board nominating committee

  • Plan and facilitate all Board meetings, including but not limited to

Conduct  a Board workshop to review the following topics:
