Identify coaching objectives and design an outcome-based action plan

Meet with the manager, coaching participant, and any other stakeholders

Two forty-minute scheduled telephone coaching sessions per month

TCG coaches will be available by telephone during business hours Monday through Friday to discuss time-sensitive or urgent professional issues

Unlimited email support will be available between the coaching sessions

After the last coaching session, a close-out meeting will be held to review the success achieved, create a future action plan, and identify the support and resources necessary to continue the executive’s development

One free follow-up meeting will be scheduled to check in on client progress 6-8 weeks after the completion of the coaching engagement
