Michael brings decades of experience working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusions. Working with the American Petroleum Institute (API), he designed and implemented a program to bring non-traditional allies to the industry table through a systematic outreach, education, engagement, and mobilization program. He is heavily involved in the Coalition for Mutual Respect, whose membership consists of the senior leadership of all the major faith groups in the Houston Metro Area and selected business and civic leaders. They serve as a platform for promoting awareness and the engagement of member faith groups in matters of social justice, tolerance, equal treatment, and fairness.
