MICHELE
LEAL FARAH

SENIOR CONSULTANT
 

Michele is a communications and public affairs strategist with over fifteen years of experience in the public, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Michele has worked with an array of consulting clients from the health care, finance, legal, disaster recovery, and social services sectors. She led fundraising efforts for two multi-million-dollar capital campaigns and consulted on a $26.5 million LGBTQ senior housing project, the first of its kind in Texas and one of just a few across the country. Michele also served as Development Director for El Centro de Corazón, where she managed communications and fundraising efforts for a multi-site, multi-million dollar federally designated community health center serving uninsured and underinsured Latino patients.

Michele is a past president and current advisory board member of Latin Women’s Initiative, a member and past Co-Chair of Latino Texas PAC, and currently, serves as Chair of the Houston Arts Alliance. In 2023, Michele was appointed by Mayor Turner to serve as a member of the board of the Houston Public Library Foundation. She previously served on the Mayor’s Quality of Life Transition Committee and as a mayoral appointee to the Houston Arts Alliance Board. Michele was recognized by the Houston Chronicle in 2018 for her philanthropic contributions and by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce as a “Woman in the Fast Lane of STEAM”. As a Senior Consultant with TCG, Michele provides strategic direction in all aspects of public relations, marketing, and philanthropic growth.
